New Diet

So Monday I started a new diet. I am trying the Atkins Diet. So far in the last 5 days I have lost 4 pounds =:) So far it seems to be working and am hoping I can stay on Phase 1 for another two weeks. I do have to admit that I am missing my cereal and milk, but I am willing to do whatever I have to to lose these last 20 pounds!!!!! Just wondering if there is anyone out there that has tried this diet or that is on it and if you have any suggestions for me. Went out to eat tonight and was very proud of myself and only ate from the salad bar and had some chicken.  Those french fries sure looked good but I didn’t even have a bite !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just need to keep going to the gym, didnt do too great the last two weeks. Have had a nasty cold and no energy. Feeling better so planning on heading back to the gym first thing Monday morning….Skinny jeans here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well I’ve never done Atkins, so no help there, but I still wanted to say good job! That is some awesome will power to not even have a bite :). Somebody definitely wants those skinny jeans, hehe.
